Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you (or a person you name) receive the goods.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to hello@mycozyartlab.com (for example, by using the form below). You can also use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. You can also withdraw online: Withdraw from Contract

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized for you;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery;
• digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, once delivery has begun with your prior consent and you have acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

Returning the goods

Please send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing. Email us at hello@mycozyartlab.com first and we will send you the return address. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Please return the goods complete, unused and in their original packaging, together with any accompanying documents. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the goods.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We refund using the same payment method you used for the order. We may wait until we have received the goods back, or you show proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier.

Wrong or damaged items

Please check your parcel when you receive it. If an item is damaged, or is not the item you ordered, email us at hello@mycozyartlab.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and keep the packaging. If the damage is visible on the parcel, please also tell the courier at delivery. In these cases we pay the cost of returning the item and, as you prefer, send you the correct item or replacement, or refund you.

Complaints

If something is wrong with your order, email hello@mycozyartlab.com with your order number and a short description (a photo helps). We will confirm receipt of your complaint and reply within 15 days.

As a consumer you are protected by the legal guarantee of conformity: the goods must match the description and be free of defects for 2 years from delivery. If the goods are not in conformity, you are entitled to have them repaired or replaced, to a price reduction, or to terminate the contract, as provided by law.

We are not committed to using out-of-court dispute resolution for consumer disputes. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can bring the dispute before the competent court.

Povrat i odustanak

Pravo na jednostrani raskid ugovora (14 dana)

Imate pravo odustati od narudžbe u roku od 14 dana bez navođenja razloga. Rok od 14 dana počinje teći od dana kada vi (ili osoba koju ste odredili) zaprimite proizvode.

Za odustanak nam pošaljite jasnu izjavu e-poštom na hello@mycozyartlab.com (npr. korištenjem obrasca u nastavku). Možete koristiti i obrazac za odustanak, ali niste obvezni. Možete odustati i putem interneta: Odustanak od ugovora

Izuzeci od prava na odustanak

Pravo na odustanak ne primjenjuje se na:

• proizvode izrađene prema vašim specifikacijama ili jasno prilagođene vama;
• zapečaćene proizvode koji zbog zdravstvenih ili higijenskih razloga nisu prikladni za povrat, ako su otpečaćeni nakon isporuke;
• digitalni sadržaj koji nije isporučen na materijalnom mediju, nakon što je isporuka započela uz vaš prethodni pristanak i potvrdu da time gubite pravo na odustanak.

Povrat proizvoda

Proizvode nam vratite bez nepotrebnog odgađanja, a najkasnije 14 dana nakon što nas obavijestite o odustanku. Prvo nam pošaljite e-poruku na hello@mycozyartlab.com, a mi ćemo vam poslati adresu za povrat. Izravni trošak povrata snosite vi. Molimo vratite proizvode kompletne, neupotrijebljene i u originalnom pakiranju, zajedno s pripadajućom dokumentacijom. Odgovarate samo za smanjenje vrijednosti nastalo rukovanjem koje nadilazi ono što je potrebno za provjeru proizvoda.

Povrat novca

Vraćamo sve primljene uplate, uključujući trošak standardne dostave, u roku od 14 dana od primitka vašeg odustanka. Povrat vršimo istim načinom plaćanja kojim ste platili narudžbu. Povrat možemo odgoditi dok ne zaprimimo proizvode ili dok ne dokažete da ste ih poslali, ovisno o tome što nastupi ranije.

Pogrešan ili oštećen proizvod

Molimo pregledajte paket pri preuzimanju. Ako je proizvod oštećen ili nije onaj koji ste naručili, u roku od 14 dana od isporuke pošaljite nam e-poruku na hello@mycozyartlab.com s brojem narudžbe i fotografijom te sačuvajte ambalažu. Ako je oštećenje vidljivo na paketu, molimo da o tome obavijestite i dostavljača pri preuzimanju. U tim slučajevima mi snosimo trošak povrata proizvoda te vam, po vašem izboru, šaljemo ispravan ili zamjenski proizvod ili vraćamo novac.

Reklamacije

Ako je nešto pogrešno s vašom narudžbom, pošaljite e-poruku na hello@mycozyartlab.com s brojem narudžbe i kratkim opisom (korisna je fotografija). Potvrdit ćemo primitak reklamacije i odgovoriti u roku od 15 dana.

Kao potrošač zaštićeni ste zakonskom odgovornošću za nesukladnost: proizvod mora odgovarati opisu i biti bez nedostataka 2 godine od isporuke. Ako proizvod nije sukladan, imate pravo na popravak ili zamjenu, sniženje cijene ili raskid ugovora, u skladu sa zakonom.

Nismo obvezni koristiti izvansudsko rješavanje potrošačkih sporova. Ako zajedno ne uspijemo riješiti reklamaciju, spor možete iznijeti pred nadležnim sudom.
