Hello, my name is Sara and I'm a coloring book artist. This here, mycozyartlab, is my little art lab (as the name says) where I create all of my coloring books. I tried to join my love for coloring with my love for photography and that's how my coloring page design came to life. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Since I make these both for me and you, I want to improve with every new book I put out and your feedback means the world to me.

Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all orders placed on mycozyartlab.com. Please read them before you order.

1. Seller

mycozyartlab, owned by Sara Tedeško, sole trader (obrt), Ante Jakšića 14, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. OIB: 47798859058. Email: hello@mycozyartlab.com.

2. Products and prices

We sell printed coloring books and related products. All prices are in euros. The seller is not in the VAT system, so no VAT is charged. Shipping costs depend on the destination and weight, are listed on the Shipping page and are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious error in price or availability, and we will refund any payment made.

4. Payment

Payment is made online at checkout with the payment methods offered there. We start processing your order once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on the Shipping page. Delivery times shown there are estimates.

6. Withdrawal, returns, guarantee and complaints

Your rights are explained on the Returns & Withdrawal page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Personal data

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

Croatian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

Uvjeti prodaje

Ovi uvjeti primjenjuju se na sve narudžbe na mycozyartlab.com. Molimo pročitajte ih prije narudžbe.

2. Proizvodi i cijene

Prodajemo tiskane bojanke i srodne proizvode. Sve cijene izražene su u eurima. Prodavatelj nije u sustavu PDV-a, stoga se PDV ne obračunava. Troškovi dostave ovise o odredištu i težini, navedeni su na stranici Dostava (Shipping) i prikazuju se pri naplati prije plaćanja.

3. Narudžba i ugovor

Vaša narudžba predstavlja ponudu za kupnju. Ugovor je sklopljen kada potvrdimo narudžbu e-poštom. Narudžbu možemo otkazati u slučaju očite pogreške u cijeni ili dostupnosti, a svaku uplaćenu naknadu vraćamo.

4. Plaćanje

Plaćanje se obavlja online pri naplati putem ponuđenih načina plaćanja. Narudžbu počinjemo obrađivati nakon potvrde plaćanja.

5. Isporuka

Isporučujemo u države navedene na stranici Dostava (Shipping). Rokovi isporuke navedeni na toj stranici su procjene.

6. Odustanak, povrat, jamstvo i reklamacije

8. Mjerodavno pravo

Ove uvjete možemo mijenjati. Za narudžbu vrijede uvjeti koji su bili na snazi u trenutku narudžbe.
